We offer exchange only within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags must be intact
• Products must be free from stains, alterations, or damage

Exchange Details

• Size exchange is available (subject to stock availability)
• Exchanges are processed as store credit only
• Store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days after we receive the product and complete a quality check
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange

Shipping Charges

• A flat fee of ₹200 will be charged per exchange order
• Shipping charges must be paid by the customer for all exchanges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
