Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped as per our Shipping Policy available on kakarbros.in.
Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on location and order type.

6. Exchange Policy (Only Size Exchange)

We offer only size exchange under the following conditions:

Size exchange is allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Only the size of the same product can be exchanged.
No design, colour or product change is allowed.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Exchange is subject to stock availability of the requested size.
If the required size is not available, no alternative product or refund will be provided.
7. No Returns / No Refunds

Kakar Bros does not offer returns or refunds.
Only size exchange is permitted as stated above.

8. Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
